Ordering
You can directly order all our products through the Shop Online option. Placing an order implies your agreement to our Terms and Conditions.
Delivery
While we make every effort to ensure all our products are in stock, sometimes out of stock situations may occur. We try to maintain a constant supply, but there can be delays since our products are manufactured in Europe. If a product you order is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours. In this case, you can either place the order in back-order or cancel your order.
Delivery cost of most of our items are calculated based on the cubic meter weight. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours, making Australia deliveries about 2- 7 working days.
Delivery time is anytime between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Please choose a delivery address where you or an authorised person can sign for delivery. Additional charges may apply if your parcel needs to be delivered again.
Refunds and Exchanges
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval. Items must be return in their original condition, un-used and with no damage to the product or packaging. Return postage cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

If you used our free delivery offer our delivery charge will be deducted from any goods you return to us for refund. As delivery is a cost to us, we regret that they cannot be refunded.
